Return & Refund Policy

At VERLOOSA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

* The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
* The abaya must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
* Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, alterations, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
